Founded With A Vision To Make A Difference
Lumiere Children’s Therapy was founded with a simple belief: every child deserves access to high-quality therapy in a supportive, family-focused environment.
Our founder, Kitsa, saw firsthand the need for a therapy center that combined clinical expertise with warmth and compassion. That vision became Lumiere Children’s Therapy—a place where children can learn, grow, and thrive in a nurturing setting.
Today, our team continues that mission by providing exceptional therapy services that empower children and support families.
Our Leadership
Dr. Rubina Mansuri, MD, MBA
Executive Director of Operations
Dr. Rubina Mansuri brings a unique mix of medical knowledge and leadership experience to Lumiere Children’s Therapy. With a background in developmental pediatrics and behavioral health, and degrees in both medicine and healthcare management, she’s passionate about creating the best possible care for children and their families.
Over the years, Dr. Mansuri has led operations in autism therapy clinics across the country—always focused on improving how care is delivered, supporting amazing teams, and making sure families feel heard and supported every step of the way. She believes great care starts with compassion, and she brings that belief into everything she does at Lumiere.
Vasilikitsa “Kitsa” Antonopoulos, MA, CCC-SLP/L
Founder & Clinical Director
Kitsa Antonopoulos is a licensed speech-language pathologist with over two decades of experience supporting children and families. After earning her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Saint Louis University, she gained deep clinical expertise working across pediatric hospitals, early intervention programs, and autism therapy settings.
In 2010, Kitsa founded Lumiere Children’s Therapy to create a holistic, collaborative space where children could receive personalized, multidisciplinary care. Her vision continues to guide Lumiere’s dedicated team of therapists, offering speech, occupational, physical, and behavioral therapy and more, to help every child reach their fullest potential.
